How to Contact Customer Support
Live Chat will be unavailable during Group Friday due to a high volume of website traffic.

Emails will be answered in the order they're received.
Please do not send multiple inquiries as this could delay our response time to your message.
Order Confirmations
Once you've placed your order you'll be sent an email confirmation.
Please check your inbox, spam/junk or promotions folders.
If you can't find an email confirmation and payment has been taken, please reach out to Support.
They'll need your order number, name and email address.
Order Changes and Cancelations
To make a changes to or cancel your order, please contact Customer Support with your:
- Order number
- Name and email address
- Change you'd like (size, length and print/color if applicable)
If the size, length and/or print/color you'd like to change for is sold out, Support may not be able to fulfill your request.
If your order has been fulfilled please process an exchange/return via our Exchange/Return Portal.
Combine or Add on to Orders
We're unable to add onto or combine orders. If you placed multiple orders and were hoping to combine to save on shipping, please contact Customer Support with your order numbers. We're happy to look into refunding an additional shipping fee if applicable.
