We offer free exchanges and store credits on eligible items within 30 days of the orders delivery.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Returns for refund are assessed a handling fee. This fee covers the value of the return shipping/processing.
If a shipping fees was paid on your original order, it is non-refundable.
Orders that were paid for using a CVG E-Gift Card and another method of payment will be refunded on the E-Gift Card first.
If there are additional funds due they'll be applied to your other method of payment (credit card, Paypal, etc.).
