Eligible products can be sent back to us for exchange, store credit or refund up to 30 days from the date your package was delivered.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
If a product is Final Sale it cannot be sent back for return or exchange.
Exchanges and returns for store credit are FREE.
Returns for refund to the original payment method are assessed a handling fee for the return shipping label. This fee covers the value of the return shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if one was paid on your original order.
If you paid for you paid for your order with both a CVG E-Gift Card and a Credit Card your refund will be applied to the E-Gift Card first. Additional funds due would then be applied to your Credit Card.

Should you decide send a return to us on your own, please include a note in the package stating:
- The name on the order
- Your email address
- The order number
- Your request (exchange, store credit, or refund). If you're requesting an exchange please be sure to include all of the exchange items information including color/print, size and length (if applicable).
