Exchanging your gift is super easy!
You can initiate your request through our Exchange/Return Portal by clicking on 'Start gift return here'.
From here you would need to enter your Store Order Number found on your packing slip as well as the shipping zip code or email address associated with the order.
Don't have these details? No problem!
Click on 'Don't have your order information?' and you'll be directed to a screen where you can share details of what you'd like to return, the exchange item, and where we can send the exchange order.
