Exchanges need to be requested within 30 days of the packages' marked delivery date.

Our inventory is constantly updating. We're happy to process exchange requests for any eligible in stock items.
If we're not able to process an exchange for your gift order we can issue a store credit for the value of the item.
This request would need to be processed within our return window.
Orders received beyond 30 days from your delivery date are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
We do extend this time frame to 60 days during the holiday season.
