Exchanges do need to be requested within 30 days of the packages' marked delivery date.

Our inventory is an active inventory that's constantly updating, but we're happy to process exchange requests for any eligible in stock items.
If your exchange item is out of stock a store credit can be issued for the value of the item. This request would need to be processed within our return window.
Please note: Orders received beyond 30 days from your delivery date are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
We do extend this time frame to 60 days during the holiday season.
