We offer free exchanges and store credits on eligible items within 30 days of the orders' delivery*.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
If a product is Final Sale it can not be sent back for return or exchange.
Shipping fees and duties/VAT are non-refundable.
Orders that were paid for using a CVG E-Gift Card and a secondary payment method will be refunded on the E-Gift Card first. If there are additional funds due would they'll be applied to your secondary payment method (credit card, Paypal, etc.).
*Our return/exchange time frame is extended during the holiday season to 60 days.
