To start your request you'll need the order number and shipping zip code or email address.
We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit.
Returns for refund to the orders' original method of payment are assessed a handling fee.

Did you pay for your order in installments?
Products can be returned to us in two ways: Happy Returns or USPS.
Happy Returns: you'll be given a QR code to return your item(s).
USPS: you'll be given the option of a USPS QR code or USPS Prepaid Return Label. The label can be printed and adhered to your return package.
Once your have returned your product(s) and your request has been processed you'll receive an email notification to confirm your refund, store credit, or exchange order details.
If you've requested a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. This time frame is dependent on the processing time frame of your financial institution.
