Returns for store credit and exchange will be processed once the return item(s) are dropped off and scanned.
Returns for Refund are processed upon receipt and review of the packages contents.
If you've returned an order back to us on your own, we strongly recommend getting a tracking number. This will allow you to track your return package and confirm when it's been delivered to our warehouse.
Once your package has been marked delivered please allow 1-5 business days from the date of delivery for your request to be processed.
You'll receive an email notification once we've processed and finalized your request.
Refund Requests: Kindly allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post to your original method of payment. This processing time frame is dependent on the processing time frame of your financial institution.
