The Shop Now feature allows you to return your item(s) and exchange for new items. While most items that are on our website are available through this feature, products have been recently released may not be available.
If the item you're looking for is not available using this feature, please request an exchange for an eligible item, or a return for store credit. Once you've received your store credit you can place a new order for the desired item.
Store credit is a better option as it does not assess a handling fee and is issued once your return item(s) have been dropped off and scanned by either Happy Returns or USPS.
