When Will My Request be Processed?Updated 7 months ago

Refunds

Please allow 1-5 business days for your refund to be processed once it's been delivered to our warehouse.  Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.  Kindly allow 5-10 business days for the funds to post to your account. 

This time frame is dependent on the processing time frame of your financial institution.

If it's been more than 10 business days we'd recommend contacting your financial institution to inquire about the status of your refund.

Store Credits
Once your package has been scanned as "In Transit" your store credit will automatically be generated in our system and will be available to use.  You will receive an email from us with your store credit voucher.


Exchanges

Once your return has been scanned your exchange order with your new item(s) will automatically be generated in our system for processing and shipping.  

You'll receive an order confirmation email once this has happened.  

Please allow 1-5 business days for your exchange order to be processed and shipped.

Inventory is not allocated to your exchange order until your return has been dropped off and scanned. 

If your requested item(s) are no longer available once your return has been scanned you will receive an email notification from us letting you know your item(s) are out of stock. You'll have the option for a store credit or refund for the out of stock item(s); whichever you'd prefer.

We'd strongly recommend your return item(s) as quickly as possible to avoid your item(s) becoming unavailable.
