If your shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact Customer Support with your order number and correct shipping address. We will do our best to update this for you before your order begins processing.
Once an order begins processing, we're unable to make any changes.
Please note: If an address is provided incorrectly at checkout, we're not responsible for replacing this package.
If the incorrect address is noticed when your package is in transit, we would strongly recommend contacting the shipping carrier to arrange for a pick up or intercept. Should you package be returned to our facility as a Return to Sender, we can reship your package to the correct address.
