Order Confirmation
Once your order's been placed you'll receive an email with your order confirmation. Please check your inbox as well as your spam/junk or promotions folder.
If payment has been taken and you haven't received a confirmation email please contact Customer Support.
Order History
You would need a CVG Customer account to view your order history.
You can log in here or you can create an account here.
If you're creating an account after you've place your order, we recommend using the same email address. This will allow you to view your order history once the account is created and active.
Order Changes
Typically we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it's been placed.
Please be sure to double check the items in your cart and verify that your billing and shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
You can also contact Customer Support with your order number and request. We're happy to look into any options to accommodate your request.
Add On to an Order
If you'd like to add on to an existing order, please place a new order. Once you have your new order number please contact Customer Support with your order numbers and request.
Combine Orders
Our shipping system does not allow for combining orders.
