If you've received a delivery notification but haven't received your package, please double check your shipping confirmation to verify the shipping details provided at checkout were correct.
Kindly note: CVG is not responsible for replacing shipments that haven't been received.
We do ask that you please check with neighbor, other household members, co-workers, front desk or office managers, to see if they received your package or brought the package in for you.
There are times that tracking shows delivery, but the package isn't dropped until the following business day.
If it has been more than 3 business days since your shipment was marked delivered and you haven't received it, please contact Customer Support for additional assistance.
