To Make a Return or Exchange you'll need your order number and your zip code/email address.
We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit. They are not assessed a handling fee.
Returns for refund to the orders' original method of payment are not free and will be assessed a handling fee. This fee covers the value of the return shipping.

Did you pay for your order in installments?
Products can be returned to us in two ways: Happy Returns or USPS.
If you're returning with Happy Returns you'll be given a QR code to return your item(s).
If you're returning with USPS you'll be given the option of a USPS QR code, or USPS Prepaid Return Label. The label can be printed and adhered to your return package.
Once your have returned your product(s) and your request has been processed you'll receive an email notification to confirm your refund, store credit, or exchange order details.
If you've requested a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. This time frame is dependent on the processing time frame of your financial institution.
